Job summary

Guardian Protection Products is seeking a Construction Manager Associate to support the Construction Manager across all project phases, including general contracting and larger repair projects. You will work with the project team to ensure safe, compliant, and timely execution of work.

Responsibilities include developing scope of work, reviewing proposals and schedules, assembling submittals, obtaining permits, tracking costs, and coordinating with program managers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel out of town, which may include overnight travel
• Must have transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Open to relocation after completion of the program

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Construction Manager and Sales Representative to define the project scope of work.
• Pre-Proposal meetings and documentation review.
• Publish project schedule and coordinate with the Project Superintendent.
• Review daily inspection forms and maintain project files.
• Assist in final inspections and project close-out tasks.
