You will help create a project plan, outline tasks, timelines, and resources to achieve goals, and support the Project Executive with stakeholder communication, risk management and progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction management experience.
• Understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, supervising and coordinating construction projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Assist with contract negotiation and management with vendors and subcontractors.
• Assist Project Manager with determining needed resources from start to finish with attention to schedule and budget.
• Organize, file and maintain project documents.
• Support health and safety policies and requirements.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
