Job summary

ELEVATE GROUP HAWAI'I seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of multi-discipline projects on Oahu and other islands. You will drive on-time delivery, stay within budget and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic environment.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication with clients and vendors, and the ability to review plans, budgets and contracts while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture
• 10 years construction management experience
• Experience with OSHA, QC, and federal/military projects

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, clients, teams and vendors for project execution.
• Review plans, specs, contracts, RFIs, estimates, submittals and budgets.
• Provide quality control, leadership and overall project management
