Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with on-site leadership to ensure construction projects progress according to plan.
• Maintain regular communication with homeowners, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns.
• Oversee procurement of materials and coordinate timely delivery to job sites.
• Manage relationships and schedules with subcontractors to ensure quality work and adherence to deadlines.
• Track and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Organize and maintain construction documentation, including permits, contracts, and design specifications.
• Assist with the development of project estimates, proposals, and reports.
• Serve as a liaison between vendors, architects, designers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and quality control.
• Provide support to site supervisors and assist in field coordination as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating residential construction projects, preferably in the luxury home market.
• Solid understanding of construction practices, materials, and local building codes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and travel to job sites and vendor locations as needed.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
