Job summary

ACL Digital in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Project Control Specialist to drive scheduling and cost control for strategic construction projects. You will manage the project from development through close-out, including cash flow forecasts, accruals, and invoice reviews, coordinating with project and corporate teams.

Preferred experience includes Primavera P6, Unifier, and UIPlanner, with emphasis on earned value management; this is a 100% onsite role with relocation from day one and per diem

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction, or related field.
• Experience with P6 scheduling on major projects and earned value management.
• Knowledge of ORACLE Primavera P6, Unifier, and UIPlanner.
• Ability to analyze project performance and advise on corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource on project controls and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Prepare detailed project estimates and forecasts; update cash flow projections.
• Coordinate with corporate accounting for proper project accounting and forecasting.
• Perform monthly accruals and journal entries; monitor cost performance.
