Job summary

CEC Companies seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead project controls within a construction environment. You will develop, implement, and maintain control processes, systems, and strategies to keep projects on scope, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (master’s preferred).
8+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or related role within construction/engineering.
Professional certifications like PMP, CCP, or similar are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement project control strategies, methodologies, and best practices for planning, monitoring, and execution.
Define KPIs and metrics to measure progress, cost, schedule adherence, and performance.
Develop project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource allocation.
Gather and analyze project data to generate performance reports, dashboards, and insights.
Present project performance metrics and trends to stakeholders and management.
Foster effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
