Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and monitor project progress using QMS, including scheduling, estimating and budgeting to align construction with the schedule.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost estimates and bid solicitation.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials to meet budget and spec requirements.
• Review invoices and change orders; negotiate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Support site meetings and prepare status reports for project leadership.
