Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least six years in construction management, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office/Gray software proficiency. Visa sponsorship is not offered, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of experience in construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and company-provided software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of trades, suppliers, vendors, design and engineering efforts.
• Manage project leadership, communication, and problem solving on the project.
• Monitor financial status and administer subcontract and contract payments.
• Develop and maintain the job progress schedule to align with construction progress.
• Procure materials for scope, ensuring price, quality and conformance.
• Negotiate contracts with trade partners and vendors to minimize risk.
• Review and approve payment requests and change orders promptly.
• Ensure project design, procurement and construction meet operating and technical requirements.
• Prepare reports such as monthly progress, schedules, billings and status reports.
• Supervise project support team members and subcontractors.
