Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.
• Minimum of three years related experience.
• Basic computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets and e-mail applications.
• Working knowledge of scheduling applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and monitor job progress using a QMS program, including scheduling, estimating and budgeting to align construction with the schedule.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost estimates and bid solicitation.
• Purchase and coordinate delivery of materials ensuring optimum prices and quality.
• Review invoices and change orders for accuracy.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors to cover scope.
• Review vendor and subcontractor shop drawings as directed.
• Attend weekly job site meetings and prepare status reports.
• Organize and maintain job files to ensure workflow continuity.
• Communicate effectively with customers, consultants and subcontractors on the project.
• Enforce Gray’s safety program on site.
