Job summary

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager for construction projects, including major/minor remodels and acquisitions. You will lead multi-disciplined solutions, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting financial goals, and engaging clients as required.

The role involves business development, client engagement, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of direct Construction or Project Management experience.
• Experience working with retail stores is a plus.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings and forecast budgets.
• Ability to read and apply standards to complex documents (contracts, SOWs, surveys, drawings).

Responsibilities

• High volume project management for construction projects from $5,000 to $500,000, including planning and closeout.
• Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with plans, specs, and codes.
• Define project requirements with clients and prepare scope, budget, schedule, milestones, and QC.
