ADVATIX - Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects from planning through completion. You will assist Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and quality control to ensure projects meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in commercial construction project coordination or management support.
• Experience with healthcare, K-12, higher education, or institutional construction projects preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in overseeing daily project operations, schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
• Assist with tracking project progress, delays, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and site personnel to maintain workflow.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and progress updates.
• Participate in project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
