Job summary

Black & McDonald’s Utah team is growing. The Project Administrator provides essential support to ensure project performance by coordinating with Project Analysts, Managers, and Field personnel.

The role starts at $25 per hour and may extend to 32–40 hours weekly, reporting to the Project Analyst in West Valley City. Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s degree or 2–4 years of related experience, strong organizational and payroll skills, and proficiency with Excel and Oracle JDE.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Excel (Pivot Tables).
• Experience with Oracle JDE is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and be accountable, with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop a working relationship with Field Personnel and Project Managers.
• Review field time for accuracy and coordinate with teams to correct discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly payroll data in Excel (pivot tables) for processing.
• Create work orders in Oracle JDE as requested.
• Update project information in Oracle JDE and run reports for managers.
• Assist Billing with documentation and support Field Personnel with device setup.
