Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years’ related experience can substitute for the diploma.
• Valid Class E driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced engineering work on multiple mid-size to major projects of moderate complexity.
• Schedules and oversees contract staff for satisfactory performance per policies.
• Promotes safety standards at construction sites and provides on-site engineering support.
• Reviews contract claims and prepares/oversees progress and final estimates.
• Coordinates with FHWA and DBE requirements and reviews DRB-related documentation.
