Markon Solutions is seeking a Business Administrator to support the Naval Nuclear Laboratory’s Facility Design organization at the Knolls site. This role involves administrative support, maintaining project documents, and coordinating submittals within a project team.

Qualifications include an active DOE L clearance and a degree with several years of relevant experience. Onsite work is required with potential remote work up to 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• Active DOE L clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years relevant experience; OR Master's degree and 3+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in construction project teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support construction projects at the Knolls site within a project team.
• Assist project engineers with administration and maintenance of project documentation.
• Maintain updated project submittal logs.
• Route project submittals to appropriate stakeholders for review and approval.
• Maintain current and accurate project SharePoint pages.
• Maintain updated project record drawings resulting from project changes.
• Maintain updated project specifications resulting from project changes.
