Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering in West Milton, NY is seeking a Business Admin to support construction project administration, including maintaining logs, routing submittals for reviews, keeping SharePoint pages current, and updating project drawings and specifications as changes occur.

An active DOE clearance or DOD equivalent is required to be considered for this position, and US citizenship is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working within project teams in the construction industry.
• Ability to manage project documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated submittal logs and route submissions for reviews/approvals.
• Maintain updated project SharePoint pages and project record drawings/specifications.
• Assist project engineers with administration of project documentation.
