Job summary

Markon is seeking a Business Administrator to support the Naval Nuclear Laboratory’s Facility Design organization at the Knolls site in New York. The role involves working within a project team to assist project engineers with administration, organization, and maintenance of critical project documentation.

The position requires regular onsite work at Knolls with up to 20% remote time and an active DOE L clearance.

Qualifications

• Active DOE L clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience in project administration within construction/defense environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support construction projects at the Knolls site within a project team.
• Assist project engineers with administration and maintenance of project documentation.
• Maintain updated project submittal logs.
• Route project submittals to stakeholders for review and approval.
• Maintain current SharePoint pages for projects.
• Maintain updated project drawings and specifications after changes.
