Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering is seeking a Business Admin to support construction projects at the Knolls Site in West Milton, NY. This role focuses on document control, submittal tracking, and SharePoint maintenance to keep project records current.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 2+ years. US citizenship and an active DOE clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working within project teams in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist project engineers with administration of project documentation, including updated submittal logs and routing submittals for review and approvals.
• Maintain up-to-date project SharePoint pages and ensure records drawings and specifications reflect changes.
• Support various construction projects at the Knolls Site in a project team environment.
