Navarro Research and Engineering seeks a Subcontractor Site Representative in West Milton, NY to manage construction, maintenance, or site services subcontracts from conception to closeout. The role emphasizes adherence to construction management policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.

You will act as primary contact for the contractor's project manager, ensure performance and compliance, review waste dispositions, and support environmental and health protocols in a government contracting

Qualifications

• OSHA knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents and drawings.
• Experience with field construction activities.
• US citizenship or eligibility due to government contracts.
• Knowledge of subcontract policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction, maintenance, or site services subcontracts from conception to closeout.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, quality, and safety per OSHA and site requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for the contractor's project manager and coordinate teams.
• Review and approve Material Disposition Lists (waste) for upcoming projects.
• Ensure compliance with subcontract policies and prevent rework.
