  • Effective communication skills with the ability to write clear reports and technical summaries.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee document management processes, ensuring accurate and organized records of contracts, permits, change orders, and project correspondence.
  • Compile project submittals and maintain associated logs.
  • Create RFIs and change orders in coordination with project managers.
  • Prepare bid forms.
  • Prepare, track and process subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Assist with cost reporting and tracking project expenses against budgets.
  • Manage vendor relationships by coordinating procurement activities and evaluating proposals.
  • Secure permits, track insurance certificates, and assemble closeout packages including warranties and operation manuals.
  • Assist in change management processes by documenting modifications to project scope or schedule and communicating updates effectively.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to join our team and drive the successful execution of commercial roofing projects. In this role, you will coordinate project documentation and help manage the financial, contractual and logistical paperwork associated with projects of various sizes. Your expertise will help streamline processes and mitigate risks.
