Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our commercial roofing projects on-site. You will work with Project Managers, field crews, and clients to ensure timely, on-budget completion with top-quality results.

The role emphasizes planning, coordination, and safety compliance, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic roofing contractor environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in construction or commercial roofing (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); project management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of roofing projects.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and job costs.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Help manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety standards.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our commercial roofing projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, field crews, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
