Job summary

Confidential is seeking a motivated and experienced project manager to lead roofing, interior and exterior construction projects from initiation to completion on residential and commercial sites in Addison, IL. You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and required inspections to deliver quality workmanship and on-time results.

• Manage residential and commercial roofing, as well as interior and exterior construction projects, from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and required inspections.
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and monitor workmanship, materials, and overall project quality throughout each phase.
• Communicate effectively with commercial building owners, homeowners, insurance adjusters, vendors, subcontractors, and internal office staff.
• Prepare detailed project scopes, estimates, change orders, work documentation, and related project records.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, material requirements, and orders to maintain cost and schedule control.
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety requirements, applicable local building codes, and company quality standards.
• Identify and resolve jobsite challenges efficiently while maintaining professionalism, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
