Job summary

Structure Tone, part of STO Building Group, is seeking an Accounting Administrator to support project accounting and administrative functions for its construction operations. This role covers the full project accounting lifecycle from setup and cost tracking to billing and closeout support.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in construction accounting or project-based financial administration, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration experience.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project setup, including job information, billing requirements, contract values, and related accounting system updates.
• Assist with accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payment support, coding verification, and resolution of AP-related inquiries.
• Prepare correspondence and respond to subcontractor inquiries related to lien waivers, contracts, and subcontractor compliance documentation to support accurate project administration.
• Support project closeout and organize required financial documentation.
