Structure Tone, part of STO Building Group, seeks an Accounting Administrator to support project accounting and administrative duties for its construction operations. The role covers the full lifecycle from setup to billing, with closeout support and documentation accuracy.

The ideal candidate has construction accounting or project-based financial administration experience, understands job costing and billing, and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance.
• 2+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office, strong Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Knowledge of lien waivers, contracts, and subcontractor docs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist project setup, including job information, billing requirements, contract values and updates.
• Assist accounts payable: invoice processing, vendor payments, coding verification.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files.
• Prepare correspondence and respond to subcontractor inquiries on liens and compliance.
• Support special projects and audits as required.
• Support project closeout with required financial documentation.
