CoreWeave is seeking a Manager, DC Construction - Project Accounting to own CIP and asset capitalization across data-center projects. You will drive cost capture, cost-to-complete, and asset placement in service, partnering with construction and operations teams and coordinating with NetSuite and SiteTracker integrations.

Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge with focus on CIP, accruals and capitalization.
• Exposure to NetSuite and SiteTracker for project costing.
• Experience with asset capitalization and cost-to-complete processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup of the project structure and hierarchy through which capital cost is captured, so that cost lands against the correct project, phase, building and data hall
• Establish and maintain the mapping that lets construction cost be analyzed by element of the build (e.g., shell versus data hall) and built up into assets
• Partner with the systems and transformation teams on project costing configuration in NetSuite and the interface to SiteTracker
• Own the CIP ledger for your projects — the capture and accumulation of materials, contractor, service and other capital cost as it is incurred
• Apply capitalization policy to determine which costs are eligible by project phase, and document the basis for cost classification decisions
• Prepare the monthly CIP rollforward and supporting tie‑out
• Own the monthly open purchase order and construction accrual process, including the reversal and re‑establishment of accruals carried from prior periods
• Maintain the cost‑to‑complete view for each project and reconcile committed and incurred cost against budget and forecast
• Investigate and resolve reconciling and outstanding items on a timely basis
• Determine when assets are ready for their intended use and ensure they are placed in service on a timely basis
• Own the capitalization of completed assets out of CIP and into the fixed asset register, including the unitization of cost into asset records and the assignment of asset class and initial useful life at capitalization
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of asset records created in the period and the tie‑out of in‑service activity, in partnership with the property accounting team who maintain the standing register
