Qualifications

• Strong construction accounting background; subcontractor experience preferred.
• Strong job costing and WIP reporting experience.
• Percentage-of-completion accounting experience.
• AIA billing and lien waiver experience.
• Strong month-end close ownership and leadership experience.
• Procore highly preferred; experience with Sage 300 or other large ERP systems preferred.
