Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience required.
• 2+ years of payroll experience required.
• Strong understanding of Excel required.
• Construction accounting or project accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, ADP, Paychex or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, code, and verify accounts payable transactions.
• Manage payroll process from start to finish and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with project accounting and financial administration for construction projects.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and audit preparation.
