Job summary

Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking a Payroll and AP Specialist to join our accounting team. You will handle weekly construction payroll, payroll deductions, and accounts payable, collaborating closely with the Controller, HR, and superintendents.

Strong accuracy and timely processing are essential to keep payroll and vendor payments current. The role requires prior accounting experience, proficiency with Sage and ADP, and a detail-oriented, organized approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process weekly construction payroll.
• Process payroll deductions, garnishments, loans, and tax withholdings.
• Prepare weekly certified payroll and prevailing wage reports.
• Handle monthly workers' compensation reports and payments.
• Process and reconcile benefits (health, dental, vision, IRA, life insurance).
• Provide accounts payable support: process vendor invoices and payables weekly.
