The ideal candidate has accounting experience, knowledge of job costing, and proficiency in Excel. Construction experience is preferred, and candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or project accounting.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of job costing and project budgets a plus.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities including AP/AR and GL entries.
• Support project accounting: job costing, budgets, expense tracking.
• Monitor project costs and variances; assist with invoices and billing.
