A bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance and 1–3 years of construction finance experience are

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–3 years financial experience in construction preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, budgets and budget-to-actual variances.
• Provide financial reporting and forecasting for projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to advise on financial matters.
• Maintain contract and billing related data in JDE.
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist with audits.
