Job summary

Arora Engineers, LLC is seeking a skilled Construction Program Specialist to support United States Postal Service projects under a large multi-project contract. You will act as a liaison among client, contractors, Construction Managers, field teams, and internal departments to ensure timely decision-making and complete documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, including exposure to construction administration.
• Experience tracking RFIs, invoices and billing, delivery dates, client milestones, and project stakeholder/contact information.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word; proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support schedules, project documentation, and tracking budgets across multiple concurrent USPS projects.
• Coordinate weekly construction meetings and project progress updates.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and contractor inquiries; assist with project closeout and documentation.
