A highly organized Construction Program Manager responsible for administrating a multi-site remediation program through expert contract management, cost tracking, and executive reporting, with a strong focus on detail and documentation.

responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administration of a large-scale, multi-site remediation construction program.
  
  
• Prepare, distribute, and track construction contracts, ensuring timely review and execution.
  
  
• Maintain organized records and filing systems for all project-related documentation.
  
  
• Track project costs using Microsoft Excel and coordinate with internal teams and contractors.
  
  
• Manage MS Project schedules to forecast project timelines and completion estimates.
  
  
• Maintain a centralized database of key project documents (e.g., SOWs, POs, AHJ approvals).
  
  
• Create reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  
  
• Lead meetings and present project status and cost updates to business executives.
  
  
• Provide regular executive-level status reports including milestones, risks, and budget details.
  
  
• Monitor deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

Skills:

• Experience with Firefighter Air Replenishment Systems is a plus.
  
  
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
  
  
• High-volume administrative and documentation management expertise.
  
  
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, etc.).
  
  
• strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
  
  
• Experience in remediation, infrastructure, or multi-site construction programs preferred.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in construction program/project management, especially contract and cost management.
