Job summary

ATC is seeking a Lead Construction Program Manager – Standards, Quality & Training to elevate project management across its Construction PM organization. You will own standards, QA, onboarding, governance, and continuous improvement, influencing practices enterprise-wide.

In this senior role, you’ll mentor PMs, drive learning programs, and partner with leaders to build capability. The position involves relocation to Wisconsin and leading change without direct authority, delivering stronger

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in utility/construction/infra program management.
• Experience leading complex transmission or capital construction programs.
• Experience drafting standards, governance, procedures, or processes.
• Experience mentoring project professionals and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and governance of PM standards, processes, and procedures.
• Drive quality assurance and consistency of deliverables.
• Develop onboarding programs, learning paths, and competencies.
• Partner with leaders to identify organizational improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate lessons learned, peer reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Influence PM practices across functions without direct authority.
• Shape future PM excellence through training, governance, and knowledge management.
