American Transmission Co. seeks a Lead Construction Program Manager – Standards, Quality & Training to elevate project delivery across our Construction Project Management organization in Wisconsin.

You will shape standards, governance, onboarding, and learning programs to raise quality and consistency in transmission project delivery. With 10+ years in utility or infrastructure program management, you’ll mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, and partner with leaders to institutionalize

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in utility, construction, engineering, infrastructure, program management, or related environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex transmission, substation, capital construction, or infrastructure programs.
• Experience developing standards, governance frameworks, procedures, or organizational processes.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing project professionals.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives.

• Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of project management standards, processes, and procedures.
• Drive quality assurance efforts and improve the consistency of project deliverables across the organization.
• Develop onboarding programs, learning pathways, and competency development initiatives for project management professionals.
