Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) seeks a Program Coordinator II (S) in the Division of Highways to provide technical and administrative support for construction project documentation and compliance in the Beryl Road Resident Engineer’s Office.

Primary duties include processing monthly and final estimates, verifying calculations, resolving pay record discrepancies, researching project documents, and assisting with project meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from appropriately accredited institution and one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Proficiency or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to process and review project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly and final estimates and check calculations.
• Resolve pay record and material quantity discrepancies.
• Research project documents and track technician certifications to ensure they are current.
• Process material prepayments and assist with project meetings.
• Support documentation and compliance in the Beryl Road Resident Engineer’s Office.
