Qualifications

  • Proficiency or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to process and review project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly and final estimates and check calculations.
  • Resolve pay record and material quantity discrepancies.
  • Research project documents and track technician certifications to ensure they are current.
  • Process material prepayments and assist with project meetings.
  • Support documentation and compliance in the Beryl Road Resident Engineer’s Office.
