Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or Supply Chain with 4+ years experience or equivalent
• Broad knowledge of construction products (architectural, mechanical, electrical)
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule
• Knowledge of estimating with qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Able to manage competing demands and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement services as defined by contract documents for assigned SourceBlue clients and projects.
• Review contract documents, equipment and procurement packages for compliance with drawings and specs.
• Identify and resolve procurement issues with architects, contractors, suppliers, and owners reps.
• Manage project budgets and ensure alignment with project scope.
• Develop purchase orders and coordinate with SourceBlue team on vendor requirements.
• Track submittals, shop drawings, and change orders with vendors and clients.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, budgets, and close-out records.
