• Enrolled in or pursuing degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Preferably 2 years or internship experience in construction industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to document and manage information and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviews of equipment and procurement packages for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Track and document product-related issues from project stakeholders and escalate as needed.
• Assist with preparation of scope of work documents, coordinate matrices, and bid response forms.
• Assist with reviews of submittals and shop drawings to ensure alignment with contract specifications.
• Visit project sites to observe quality and placement of products.
• Assist with supply chain data management and vendor prequalification processes.
• Support closeout documentation and recordkeeping for projects.
