Turner Construction Company is seeking a procurement and supply chain professional to administer equipment procurement and related services on assigned projects in coordination with SourceBlue. You will review packages for compliance, prepare scope and bid forms, and manage submittals, logs, and change orders in line with contract documents.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and familiarity with construction products, scheduling, estimating, and cost reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum 1 year of related experience or equivalent.
• Familiar with construction products (architectural, mechanical, electrical).
• Understand contract documents, drawings, specs, and project schedules.
• Ability to read estimating documents and provide qualitative/quantitative analysis.
• Capable of quick understanding of owner/architect requirements with minimal information.
• Project management of competing demands and meeting deadlines.
• Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Administer procurement and supply chain services within defined scope and quality per contract.
• Coordinate with SourceBlue team and stakeholders to resolve product-related issues.
• Review equipment packages for compliance with drawings and specs.
• Prepare scope of work, matrices, and bid response forms for vendor packages.
• Receive and level vendor bids; cross-check against project docs for compliance.
• Attend site visits to review factory tests on products as needed.
• Manage submittals/shop drawings; resolve interpretation conflicts with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain equipment tracking logs, budget/cost reports, and RFIs.
• Prepare change orders with independent analyses; seek SourceBlue Manager approvals.
• Support project close-out with final records, warranties, as-builts, and O&M manuals.
