Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of commercial construction experience; degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Expertise in electrical, mechanical, or finished product knowledge.
• Experience in commercial construction and knowledge of regional market and trends.
• Negotiation and relationship-building skills with ability to influence others.
• Familiar with estimating, scheduling, purchasing, contracts and cost control.
• Project management skills to handle high volumes and complex environments.
• Strong presentation and delivery abilities with audience awareness.
• Proficient in MS Office and collaborative tools; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discussions with SourceBlue and Turner BU teams to secure business opportunities.
• Support technical sales efforts for BD/Pre-Construction, including client presentations and package reviews.
• Partner with Preconstruction teams to assess logistics for estimating products.
• Maintain compliance with purchasing and risk management policies.
• Develop work scopes for vendors and review with National SB Supply Chain team.
• Develop bid packages, analyze bids, and prepare bid analyses for the project team.
• Solicit vendor pricing for estimates and budgeting; review contract terms on packages.
• Coordinate vendor packages with project teams and subcontractors to cover full scope.
• Draft and route vendor purchase orders; maintain purchasing and submittal logs.
• Manage vendor submittals, testing, delivery, startup, training, warranties, and records.
• Oversee budget and financial reporting; interpret reports for budget adherence.
• Manage project and vendor payment applications and track receivables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
