Job summary

RallyX is seeking an organized Construction Procurement Coordinator to keep projects moving by purchasing materials, coordinating deliveries, and building strong vendor relationships. You will support project managers and field teams to meet delivery schedules and maintain accurate procurement records.

Ideal candidates have purchasing or procurement experience, strong multitasking skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and purchasing or ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Purchase construction materials, supplies, and equipment for active projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor order status from placement through delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Compare pricing, availability, and lead times to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate material deliveries to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Resolve delivery issues, shortages, and discrepancies with vendors.
• Maintain purchasing records, vendor information, and procurement reports.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations to ensure accurate documentation and invoicing.
