CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTAL RISK MANAGEMENT, L.L.C. is seeking a PMO Leader in Atlanta to establish and oversee a robust Project Management Office within the Georgia Corporate Office.

This role drives standardized methodologies, tools, and processes for successful engineering project delivery across the organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage portfolios, and provide strategic guidance to optimize resources, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes with

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience in construction.
• Experience leading a PMO or multiple large-scale engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle: planning, scope, scheduling, budgeting, risk & closeout.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and maintain project management frameworks for construction projects.
• Lead and mentor project managers and coordinators.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and safety standards.
• Manage project portfolio reporting, including progress tracking and risk assessment for executive decisions.
• Coordinate with finance and procurement on budgets, contracts and vendor performance.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
