Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Staff/Principal Product Marketing Manager to define and build our accountant and partner strategy for Construction. This leader will develop segmentation, positioning, and GTM motions, enabling CAS firms and selling partners to grow Intuit’s Construction solutions.

The role spans customer insight, partner strategy, content creation, and go-to-market execution, with accountability for activation, pipeline, and revenue growth across accountant-led channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, partner ecosystem strategy, or GTM leadership.
• Strong understanding of the accounting ecosystem, including CAS, accounting technology, or advisor-led selling models.
• Experience developing segmentation, positioning, value propositions, and scalable partner motions.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear strategies and repeatable growth motions.
• Strong customer curiosity, analytical rigor, and understanding of partner economics.
• Exceptional storytelling and cross-functional influence.
• Experience with Construction technology, vertical SaaS, ERP, or mid-market financial solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the PMM strategy for accountants, CAS practices, and selling partners as both customers and a route to market for Construction.
• Develop deep expertise in CAS firms serving Construction clients.
• Size and prioritize opportunities across referral, recommendation, resale, implementation, and advisory motions.
• Define differentiated positioning and value propositions for accountants and partners serving Construction customers.
• Develop scalable pitch models and sales plays for partners to identify clients and position Intuit’s Construction solutions.
• Build the GTM blueprint and enablement content including pitch decks, discovery tools, ROI models, and client-facing content.
• Establish success metrics across partner activation, pipeline, revenue, and partner-driven growth.
