You will shape monetization, packaging, and go-to-market motions across multiple products, partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Industry GMs to drive growth. The role requires 12+ years in PMM/strategy, direct Construction software GTM experience, and a proven ability to translate customer insight into revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or go-to-market leadership.
• Direct experience building product or GTM for Construction software.
• Deep understanding of translating customer insight into product and packaging decisions.
• Track record of driving multi-vertical GTM initiatives that deliver measurable growth.
• Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills for influencing action.
• Analytical rigor with market modeling of opportunities, pricing, and impact.
• Experience leading without authority across cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years managing a small team (3–5) for priorities and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Define the Construction vertical strategy, including market sizing, segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch planning.
• Shape product and packaging decisions, including vertical editions, feature tiering, and monetization.
• Lead GTM strategy and execution, from narratives to enablement and demand activation.
• Collaborate to ensure vertical ERP storytelling and differentiated positioning across departments.
• Lead engagements with partners and analysts and guide cross-functional readiness for launches.
