Job summary

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a PMIS product owner to lead the software platforms for the Design & Construction organization. You will own the PMIS, stand up projects, manage integrations with ERP and other systems, and train our Project Management team who rely on it daily.

You will also expand to other construction tools over time. This role requires steering the platform from implementation through sustainment, collaborating with stakeholders across construction

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years implementing, administering, or owning enterprise project management software.
• Hands-on configuration experience to build and modify workflows, forms, and reports.
• Experience managing software integrations with ERP/financial systems; Oracle Fusion a plus.
• A product owner mindset, prioritizing roadmaps from non-technical users.
• Strong training/communication skills to drive tool adoption in busy teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for trainings and configurations.
• U.S. Person required due to export-controlled information access.

Responsibilities

• PMIS product ownership: configuration, roadmap, day-to-day operation, and ongoing evolution.
• Set up projects in the PMIS with data entry, roles, and templates.
• Own user provisioning, access controls, libraries, reporting, and data integrity; data migration.
• Manage integrations between PMIS and ERP, Airtable, and other systems.
• Build reports and dashboards for budgets, commitments, risks, and status.
• Train Project Managers and Owner’s Reps; develop training materials and SOPs.
• Deliver hands-on implementation and sustainment of PMIS and related tools.
