Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead tenant improvements and infrastructure upgrades across occupied spaces. You will coordinate design, permits, and construction, balancing operations with business needs while managing external vendors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires at least 5 years in construction management, CPM scheduling proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 30%. A US person with knowledge of codes and safety is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems and building codes
• Experience delivering projects in occupied environments
• Experience managing projects in locations not based at employee’s primary location
• Knowledge of facilities operations and integrating core functions into project delivery
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities
• Effective communication across organization levels
• CPM scheduling methods, construction document review, and contract administration
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• U.S. Person due to export-controlled information access

Responsibilities

• Define project goals and work plan with Business Line
• Procure vendor teams for multiple projects
• Develop plans with occupants to minimize disruption and set communication lines
• Coordinate with local external staff extension vendors
• Establish, monitor, and forecast project financials
• Ensure delivery to milestones and timely turnover to operations
• Lead project meetings and maintain stakeholder updates
• Contribute to business tools, governance and process improvements
