Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the company’s growing real estate portfolio of offices, factories, and secure spaces. You will drive preconstruction, budgeting, contracting, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires deep experience in construction management, strong communication, and the ability to travel 25–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
• Extreme orderliness for document control.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, materials, MEP systems, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and design activities, gathering and defining user requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets for construction and maintenance projects.
• Collaborate with Finance/FP&A for cash flow forecasting and reporting to executives.
• Develop and implement contracting structures to minimize disputes and align incentives.
• Serve as primary contact for construction-related matters and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
