Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead its growing real estate portfolio of offices, factories, and secure spaces in McHenry, MS. You will own preconstruction, budgeting, contracting, and stakeholder management across multi-disciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction management, strong design advisory and CPM scheduling skills, and a willingness to travel up to 50%. U.S. Person required due to access to export controlled information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
• Extreme orderliness when it comes to document control.
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems and building codes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competency in CPM scheduling methods, construction document review, and contract administration.
• Willingness to travel 25%-50% of the time (international travel included).
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction and Design: Gather user requirements, generate cost estimates, manage consultants and contractors, perform site due diligence, lead design teams.
• Budget and Financial Oversight: Develop budgets, forecast cash flow, present reports to executives.
• Contracting Strategy: Develop contracting structures, establish terms, allocate risk to minimize disputes.
• Stakeholder Management: Primary point of contact, advise across all phases, report progress to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• External Project Management and Coordination: Maintain relationships with contractors and vendors, align construction with objectives, run regular meetings.
