Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team in McHenry, MS. You will lead a growing real estate portfolio of offices, factories, and secure spaces, driving design, cost estimating, contracts, and stakeholder coordination.

The role requires strong CPM scheduling, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration with Security, Facilities, Legal, and Manufacturing teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering large‑scale projects on time and within budget.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems and building codes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 25%‑50% of the time (international travel included).
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export‑controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction and Design: gather user requirements, generate cost estimates, manage consultants and early site due diligence.
• Budget and Financial Oversight: develop budgets, forecast cash flow, present financial reports.
• Contracting Strategy: develop contracting structures, set terms, allocate risk.
• Stakeholder Management: be primary point of contact, advise across project phases, communicate progress to leadership.
• External Project Management and Coordination: maintain relationships with contractors and external teams, coordinate meetings.
