Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead our growing real estate portfolio of offices, factories, and secure spaces. The role focuses on preconstruction, budgeting, contracting strategies, and stakeholder coordination to deliver facilities that support advanced defense technology.

The position requires 5+ years in construction management, strong CPM scheduling, and excellent communication. Travel up to 25-50% and US-based work authorization are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Extreme organization in document control and records management.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, materials, MEP, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities and define user requirements for projects.
• Develop and manage budgets; coordinate cash flow forecasting and financial reporting.
• Develop contracting strategies and align terms to incentives and risk allocation.
• Serve as primary point of contact; coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Coordinate with external project management teams to ensure alignment with objectives.
