Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction programs in the Columbus area. You will oversee projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets and quality are achieved while coordinating with subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, proficiency with Procore and MS Office, and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Experience delivering K-12, higher education, multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or senior living projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Procore.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
  • Self-starter with strong communication, scheduling, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description
